This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) discloses how Sherman Samuels Investing LLC (“SSI”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information you may provide or which may be collected when accessing the Site or using the Services. Any capitalized words or phrases used in this Policy that are not defined will have the meanings set out in the Terms of Use.

Technical Data That May Be Collected.
- Use of Cookies. SSI, or its third-party vendors, may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track user activity on the Site. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that the Site sends to your browser and is stored on your device. Cookies identify your device, but not you. Cookies may be sent by SSI or its third-party vendors. You can set your browser to notify you before a cookie is received, giving you an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.
- Changes to Privacy Policy. This Policy was last updated on “Last Updated Date” set out above. SSI reserves the right to update this Policy at any time subject to your acceptance as set out in the Terms of Use.
- Opt-Out Right. You have the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by SSI and/or by any third parties with whom SSI has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Your right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting SSI. After processing the cancellation, SSIwill delete your Personal Data; except, that, we may retain certain information required to comply with applicable laws or to fulfill our contractual obligations; such information will be deleted in accordance with our ordinary data retention procedures. By exercising the opt out right provided by this paragraph, you may not be able to access the Site or use the Services and your account may be deactivated or rendered inaccessible.
Access Rights to Data.
- Information Maintained by SSI. Upon your request, SSI will provide a reasonable description of the Personal Data maintained by SSI.
- Corrections and Changes to Personal Data. SSI will correct or change any Personal Data upon your written request.
